Short Summary
Friday 12.6.2009
The purpose of the first day is getting to know people, networking and exchanging ideas.
The three workshops of Friday are focused on the young people’s possibilities to activate and contribute to the development of project managing and improving their own keys of success. By being the forerunner you’re always in the front row, when companies are searching for employees. In best case, you have already redeemed a post before even employees are sought for.
Being an active member of IPMA Young Crew improves your networks with the major players of the future both domestic front and abroad, develops your social skills, teaches you organizing and most importantly, is fun!
Friday’s programme is the best way to get to know the high-flyers of the future personally. All the interactive workshops are your chance to participate – whether or not you have participated Young Crew activities before. However, these workshops don’t oblige you to anything. You don’t have to join anything or begin to do any Young Crew activities, unless you actually want that.
