YC Workshop is your opportunity to get to know young and project-oriented people around the world! During the workshop you will hear practical presentation from professional level as a keynote speakers. Our keynote speakers will really open up what is happening in the project field now and how we should see it in the future. In addition, the programme consists of two parallel seminars.

Young Crew and IPMA

Young Crew is a key component of IPMA’s (International Project Management Association) strategy for the growth of the leaders of tomorrow and having new future makers. The main goals of the IPMA Young Crew Initiative are to provide a ground for project management knowledge and experimental learning, identify the needs of the young and provide opportunities for interaction and information exchange. It is a workshop that will appeal to the specific interests of young professionals, students and post-graduates, faculty trainers, directors of companies, from different Countries and between the age of 20 and 35. The emphasis will be put on group discussions, interactive learning, networking and having fun.

YC Workshop is your place to meet young people working/interested in the project management field and exchange your ideas. Most of the participants are Young Crew members of IPMA, and they come from around the world. You will also meet the top trainers who will refresh your ideas in PM! During these interactive sessions, your know-how in project managing will skyrocket and you will have new aspects for your own project work.
