The participation and registration fees will be invoiced to above given invoicing address.
The participation and registration fees will be invoiced in 1 month after the registration is made.
The payments will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made before December 21, 2008.
If the cancellation is made between December 31, 2008 and April 10, 2009, 50% of the paid amount will be refunded. Cancellations made later than April 10, 2009, payments will not be refunded. However, in such case, entitlement to participate can be transferred to another person. All refunds are subject to a handling charge of 50 Eur.

The following information is based on and required by the Finnish personal data act (523/1999) section 10 Regarding the23rd IPMA World Congress registration database. Project Management Association Finland´s co-operation partner will operate as the collected information controller (Momentti Oy, Soidinkatu 2, 87500, Kajaani, Finland). The contact person from Momentti Oy is Mr. Tarmo Nisula. The collected information is used to register participants to the 23rd IPMA World Congress. The register content will be Title, Name, Organization, Department, Addresses, Country, Phone numbers, e-mail address, Food allergies. The information is collected solely to the use of the IPMA. Data is collected in an electronic form and secured by the travel agency according to normal security procedures. Limited personnel will have access to the information.
